本厂生产的模板，经过连续48小时的沸水蒸煮及高温干燥后，仍达到胶合强度要求。板面平整、不变形、重量轻、强度大、易于加工，被广泛用于水泥模板，室外活动板房、风景区露天桌椅以及露天标志和广告牌等。特别是用作水泥模板时，与传统的钢模板相比，具有重量轻、幅度大、周转次数多等特点，如使用得当，双面可反复使用长达8次以上，且脱模容易、耐腐蚀、表层光滑、不污染混凝土表面，也解决了钢模板漏浆，施工表面粗糙的弊端。

建筑模板规程及种类：3x6尺（0.915x1.83)m,4x8尺(1.22x2.44)m,覆膜板(菲林板)、素板、松大胶面板（红、黑、棕三色）

力学性能：

1、含水率≤10% 2、密度0.75/cm以上3、磨耗值≤0.1g/100r(泰）4、冲击强度：40kj/m

5、弹性模量≥5000mpa≥7948mpa 6、静曲强度≥24kpa≥75.8mpa

7、曲度≤1% 8、厚度公差±0.5mm 9、厚度膨胀率（72小时常温水浸）≤8%

优点：

1、不翘曲、不变形、不开裂、耐水性能好、水煮48小时不开胶；力度性能好、使用寿命长。

2、脱模容易，仅是钢模的1/7。

3、耐腐蚀；不污染混泥土表面。

4、保温性能好，有利于冬季施工。

5、可做变曲平面的模板。

6、施工性能好。钉、锯、钻孔等性能优于竹胶合板、小钢模。可以根据施工需要加工成各

after being boiled in hot water for 48 hours in a row and dried in high temperature, our templates are still in good gluing conditon. in addition, the templates are very flat, hard to deform, light, strong, easy to process and are widely used as materials for cement templates, outdoor detachable house, chairs and tables for open senic areas and ad billbaord.,ect.
