*由同口方、供货方或生产厂家出具的检验证、品质证、健康证、分析让等所涉及的产品应是非法检产品。同时提供L/C、主管部门出具的产品合格证、生产许*可*证、营业执照等为申请认证依据。

*出口企业或货方出具的证明其产品到国内或国际标准的证明,药品或食口卫生证明,须提供专门机构出具的佐证后方可认证。非直接用于出口通关结汇的,应一律申请涉外经贸文件证明书。

认证所需提供资料：

A、产地证和出入境检验局出具的文件可以直接邮寄给我们，不需要提供其它资料

B、除产地证及商检局出具的文件外其它文件认证需要提供以下资料：

1、营业执照年检的复印件（需盖年检章）

2、对外贸易经营者备案表复印件一份

3、单位介绍信一份

4、证明书申请表一份

5、签章声明备案表一份

6、需要认证文件的原件一份

如果是商业Invioceioce做商事证明书，还需要提供以下资料：

1、报关单复印件（报关单上需盖验讫章）

2、如果不能提供报关单复印件,您需要提供出口合同的复印件

3、需提供保函，保函内容需保证CI上金额和合同上金额一致！

 UAE consular dual certification

Information required for certification:

A. The certificate of origin and the documents issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection Bureau can be mailed directly to us without providing other information

B. In addition to the certificate of origin and the documents issued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau, the certification of other documents requires the following information:

1. A copy of the annual inspection of the business license (the annual inspection seal is required)

2. A copy of the record form for foreign trade operators

3. A letter of introduction from the unit

4. One copy of certificate application form

5. A copy of the signature and seal declaration filing form

6. An original copy of the certification document is required

If it is a commercial Invioceioce doing a commercial certificate, you also need to provide the following information:

1. A copy of the customs declaration form (the customs declaration form needs to be stamped with an inspection stamp)

2. If you cannot provide a copy of the customs declaration form, you need to provide a copy of the export contract

3. A letter of guarantee must be provided, and the content of the letter of guarantee must ensure that the amount on the CI is consistent with the amount on the contract!
