1.国内领事认证中的“单认证”

所谓国内领事认证中的“单认证”，是指我国内出具的涉外公证/书或商业文书拟送往国外使用前，办-理好我国外交部领事司或其授权的地方外办的领事认证后，文书使用国告知，无需办-理该国驻华使领馆的领事认证，文书使用国即可接受该文书。这通常被叫做“单认证”。

2.国内领事认证中的“双认证”

所谓“双认证”，是指我国涉外公证或商业文书在送国外使用前，办好我国外交部领事司或其授权的地方外办的领事认证后，还需按文书使用国要求办-理该国驻华使领馆的领事认证，方可被文书使用国接受。这通常被叫做“双认证”。

3.如何知道要办-理单认证还是双认证

一般情况下，应按照有关驻华使领馆和文书使用国的要求办-理单认证或双认证。

1. "Single authentication" in domestic consular authentication

The so-called "single authentication" in domestic consular authentication refers to the consular authentication of the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or its authorized local foreign affairs office before the foreign-related notarization/book or commercial document issued in China is intended to be sent abroad for use. Later, the country that uses the document informs that there is no need to process the consular authentication of the country’s embassy in China, and the country that uses the document can accept the document. This is often called "single authentication".

2. "Dual certification" in domestic consular certification

The so-called "dual certification" means that before the foreign-related notarization or commercial documents of our country are sent abroad for use, the consular certification of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or its authorized local foreign affairs office must be handled in accordance with the requirements of the country where the document is used. The consular certification of the Chinese embassy in China can be accepted by the country using the document. This is usually called "dual authentication".

3. How to know to do-single certification or dual certification
