涉外公证/书的格式.

　　根据我国《公证法》的有关规定，涉外公证/书只能由涉外公证处出具。在证词、格式及用纸等方面都有专门规定，而且必须有相关外文译文。普通公证/书不能申办领事认证，也不能送往国外使用。

　　According to the relevant provisions of my country's "Notary Law", the foreign-related notarization/documents can only be issued by the foreign-related notary office. There are special regulations on testimony, format and paper, and there must be relevant foreign language translations. Ordinary notarization/documents cannot be applied for consular certification or sent abroad.

Foreign-related notarization/documents must be done-is the consul certified?

　　 Under normal circumstances, foreign-related notarizations/documents issued in China should be handled in accordance with relevant regulations-consul certification before being sent abroad for use.

　　At present, a few countries, such as Canada and Japan, are exempt from consular certification of our documents. The United States, France and other countries are exempted from consular certification of some types of documents in my country. However, if the relevant supervisor of the country mentioned above still insists on the document office-consul certification, it should be handled in accordance with its requirements-consul certification.

涉外公证/书必须办-理领事认证吗?

　　一般情况下，我国内出具的涉外公证/书在送往国外使用前，应按有关规定办-理领事认证。

　　目前，加拿大、日本等少数country对我国文书免除领事认证。美国、法国等国免除我国部分种类文书的领事认证。但如上述country的有关主管机*关仍坚持要求文书办-理领事认证的，则应按其要求办-理领事认证。

领事认证（Embassy certification）：是指外交、领事机构或法律授权机构通过确认公文书上终签署人身份及其签字和印章属实来证明文书可靠性的活动。办-理领事认证的目的是使一国出具的公证/书或有关文书能在另一国境内被有关当局所承认且具有法律效力，不致因怀疑文书上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的法律效力。使馆认证主要包括民事认证和商业认证，民事认证，如出生、学历、收入证明等；商业认证，如产地证明、形式InvioceOICE、提单、保险单等。

领事加签是指一国外交、领事机构及其授权机构在公证文书或其他证明文书上，确认公证机构、相应机*关或者认证机构的较后一个签字或者印章属实的活动。由于领事认证的特殊作用，可以形象地将其比喻为发给涉外文书的“签证”。
