xdp工作原理
驱动转矩由传动轴①通过十字联轴器②传给转子③,使得转子在配流轴④上旋转。位于转子中的径向分布的柱塞⑤通过静压平衡的滑靴⑥紧贴着偏心定子⑦内表面，柱塞与滑靴球铰相连，通过卡簧锁定。两个保持环⑧将滑靴卡在定子上，转子转动时，滑靴依靠离心力和液动力压在定子内表面上，由于定子的偏心作用，柱塞将做往复运动，形成了吸排油。定子的偏心距可由位于泵体上的径向位置相对的两个活塞⑨⑩来调节。变量柱塞⑨一侧安装变量控制阀，限位柱塞⑩一侧安装偏心距调节装置。
油液的进出通过泵体和配流轴上流道，并由配流轴上吸、排油口控制，转子与配流轴之间产生的液压力被静压平衡的表面所吸收。
支撑驱动轴的滚动轴承只起支撑作用，不承受其它外力作用。
operating principle
the driving torque is transmitled to rotor③by drive shaft ①through cross disc couoling②.rotor③is equipped with control journal④,and not affected by other transverse forces.the radial distributed piston in rotor close eccentric stator through slide shoes ⑥of static pressure babance.the piston connects with highe of slide shoes locked with a ling.the slide shoes are clipped on the stator with two spacing rings⑧.when the rotor is rotating the slide shoes are pressed on the inner surface of the stator by centrifuga and hydraulic forces meanwhile the pistons are reciprocating motion because of excentric function,so to realize suction and discharge oil.the stators eccentric stroke is regulated by two pistons located opposite radial positions in pump casing,aside of piston⑨ is equipped with a variable control valve and one side of counter piston⑩equiped with regulating device of eccentric stroke.
fluid flows in and through the path in pump casing and control journal which is controlled by oil inlet and outlet on the contuol journal.hydraulic force form the rotor and control shaft is absorbed by the surface of static pressure balance.
the rolling bearing which supports drive shaft just as a support in which other external force is not allowed.
