一、广州进口食品报关清关流程

1.进口商公司必须拥有海关及检疫的进出口备案，需要有进口出权才能进口，如果没有进出口权又想进口商品，那么可以挂靠我司进出口权进口。

2.进口商需向工商部门申请（食品流通许可证）。

所指预包装食品进口首先办理标签，取得认监委的合格进口允许。

4.进口产品得到允许后，在发货需办理标签备案。

5.找报关公司代理，商检抽样报关等事。

6.取得中检验检疫局的合格证书，产品加贴中文标签即可出售。

二、收货人备案的流程

1、进口商填写食品收货人备案申请表。

2、工商营业执照、对外贸易经营者备案登记表、进出口货物报关登记证、自理报检备案登记表等复印件并校验正本；

3、企业质量安全管理制度、进口食品流通许可证、日常工作管理制度表、经营范围 存放地点说明等　

4、提供两年内曾从事食品进口、加工和销售的相关说明。

5、拟定经营进口食品的种类、存放地点、并实记录进口化妆品流向，记录保存期限不得少于2年。

6、收货人必须要有食品经营相关范围;

7、收货人要有食品流通许可证;

6、报关、报检委托书

7、空白的便签纸尽量多寄一些

8、报关、报检十位代码

9、包装产品设计稿及包装设计稿的外文翻译

报检时，进口商或者其代理人应当将所进口的食品按照品名、品牌、原产（地区）、规格、数/重量、总值、生产日期（批号）及质检局规定的其他内容逐一申报。
