① 完全止り穴加工が可能
リーマ機構にエンド刃を
プラス。完全止り穴加工
が可能に。
右リードのため、切り屑
の排出がスムーズ。上方
向に切り屑を排出するた
め、底に溜まりにくい。

② 新開発特殊コーティング
被膜硬度約3,000hv。金型調質鋼から、インコネル、ハステロイなど、20 ～50hrc の難削材
に対する加工が可能。
低摩擦係数の為、右リードの形状と合わせて切り屑の排出がスムーズ。
耐熱性にも優れているため、止り穴という過酷な条件下において威力を発揮。

③ エンドミルシャンク採用

② newly-developed special coating.
special coating has improved the film hardness to approximately 3,000hv which is suitable for difficult-to-cut work
pieces such as quenched and tempered steel, inconel and hastelloy with hardness ranging from 20 to 50hrc.
its low frictional properties and right hand spiral flute enable smooth upward chip flow.
special coating works extremely well at blind hole reaming, due to its heat-resistant property.
