产品用途 | 由4-氯-α-甲基苯乙烯([1712-70-5])经环合,成盐、加成、水解而得。1.环合、成盐将4-氯-α-甲基苯乙烯加到氯化铵和甲醛混合液中,在60℃左右反应至反应液澄清。再加入甲醇,在45℃反应4h,蒸出甲醇,加入浓盐酸,在40-50℃下反应半小时,95-100℃下反应4h,放置过夜。加液碱至pH为10-11。用甲苯提取,减压回收甲苯,余液用丙酮稀释,加乙酸至pH为7,析出结晶,过滤,丙酮洗涤,干燥,得4-对氯苯1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶乙酸盐。2.加成、水解将上述乙酸盐溶解在冰醋酸中,在30℃以下通溴 |
