采用电脑程序控制，可实现人机对话，对热压过程进行温度和压力的控制和监控,用户可根据自身需要设置多段压力控制，持压压力、持压时间，加热温度，冷却间隔时间均可自由设置，也可以做多程段式实验。PLC+触摸屏为核心操作系统，操作简单方便配置安全防护罩及安全门装置，有效保证操作安全，杜绝意外发生。其主要功能是将原料人工放于铸模内,夹于本机电热平板间,加以压力及温度。
