the machine has 2 hot stations(mod、alfa 82/2h)whose function is to heat the upper and reactivate the toe puff and 2 cold stations which,by a properly shaped aluminium mould,form the toe of the upper giving an excellent shape and avoiding all the wrinkles.

the operator can adjust the working times depending on the type of material.

at the end of the working cycle the upper is ready for the stitching operation.

on request the machine can be supplied with 1 hot station only(mod、alfa 82/1h)
