extension cords

延长电线

your jml hvlp is supplied with a power cord that is 6 feet long. make sure your extension cord is in good condition.您所使用的电线长度为1.5m，如需延长，请确认你的电线板状况良好。

when using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. for lengths between 0 feet and 50 feet, no 18 awg extension cords should be used.

当使用延长电路时，请确认使用的是一个能够承载喷枪设备的可以拖动的电路板。在0~15m之间的距离， 可以使用18 awg延长电路。

double insulated appliance双绝缘设备

this is a double insulated appliance and as such, does not require three-way grounding. this product is e with a polarized alternating current line plug (a plug having one blade wider than the other) and does not require a grounding adapter. this plug will fit into the power outlet only one way. this is a safety feature.

if you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug. if the plug should still fail to fit, contact a electrician to replace the obsolete outlet. do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

ideal viscosity理想粘度

water based paints and emulsions：25-50 seconds水基油漆和乳化液 25-50秒

varnishes：no dilution油漆不需要稀释。

aluminium paintsno dilution铝油漆：不需要稀释

oil based paints45 -50 seconds油基漆：45-50秒

wood stains：no dilution木漆不需要稀释

wood preservatives no dilution木材防腐剂不需要稀释

automotive paint：manufacturers ratio自喷漆：生产厂家出厂时的比例

primers45 -50 seconds：底漆：45-50秒

this spray gun can be used with products having a viscosity ranging from 25 to a maximum of 50 seconds. dip the viscosity cup into the material and fill up. time how long it takes for the viscosity cup to empty (fig.1). using the above chart (or manufacturer’s instructions ) as a guide determine if the material requires further thinning, if so then thin accordingly.

喷枪适用于粘度范围在25~50秒能够流漏斗液体。记录下漏斗里液体流尽的时间，请参考上面的表格，记定此液体是否需要稀释，如果需要，那就需要做相应稀释。

if the paint requires thinning, start with a 10% dilution of the paint. to do this, fill a 1 liter container with the required paint. the viscosity cup supplied with the unit holds 1/10 of a liter, block the hole in the viscosity cup and fill up with the required thinner. add the thinner to the paint and stir, measure the viscosity using the recommended viscosity chart above. if the paint requires further thinning, dilute the paint by another 5%(5% will be equal to half a viscosity cup)with the required thinner and measure the viscosity, if the paint is not at its recommended viscosity, repeat the above step.

如果需要稀释，先稀释稀释10%的量。这样先装满1l的需要喷涂的液体。漏斗可以装料桶1/10。堵住漏斗下面的洞，并装满稀释后的液体。把稀释剂加入涂料，并搅动。根据上述数据测量粘度。如果需果进一步稀释，冲淡涂料按5%（相当于漏斗的一半），重复上述步骤直至达到要求。

喷涂方式：

喷枪有三个不同的喷涂模式：水平，垂直，圆点

水平和垂直喷射用于大面积喷漆，圆点喷射用于小面积，比如角落，或者够不到的地方。

调整喷射模式的步骤：1、松开喷嘴固定圈，2、调整喷雾头的位置（参照图2）到水平，垂直或者圆点。3、重新拧紧喷嘴固定圈

涂料容量

喷漆量很容易调整（参照图3），顺时针方向将旋紧调节阀。按住扳手，逆时针旋转调节阀，直到你需要喷雾效果。如果喷射太宽或者想量更大，再顺时针调节，直至满意后再工作。

cleaning instructions清洗指示

the spray gun must be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use. if the paint dries inside the gun, cleaning will become much more difficult and may render the gun inoperable. this is not covered by guarantee.

喷枪使用后需立即清洗。如果涂料干在里边后再清洗将很困难，而且有可能d导致喷枪不能工作。此不在保修范围内。

清洗步骤：

1、卸下料桶

2、将未用完的涂料倒入原桶中，以便下次使用。

3、倒入一定量的稀释液，轻轻摇晃，重新装好喷枪，将稀释液通过枪体喷出。重复以上步骤，直至稀释液全部喷出，

4、清洗喷枪外面的一些涂料

5、清洗料桶密封圈。

mains connection主要连接

your unit has been supplied with a mains lead and fitted plug. please read the following safety instructions before use.

if the fitted plug is cut off from the mains lead then plug must be disposed of safely. never under any circumstances insert such a plug into a socket

if you are using an extension lead it must be rated at a minimum of 5 amps and fully unwound.如果有使用延长电线，电线的额定电流Zui小达到5 amps并且电线需完全展开。
