无水亚硫酸钠 Anhydrous sodium sulfite

白色结晶或粉末；无臭。在水中易溶。白色六方棱柱形晶体，溶于水（0℃时12.54g/100ml水；80℃时283g/100m1水），在33.4℃时溶解度约为28%，水溶液呈碱性。微溶于醇，不溶于液氯、氨。在空气中易被氧化成硫酸钠，遇高温则分解成硫化钠。为强化还原剂，与强酸反应生成相应盐。

用    途：

无水亚硫酸钠的作用很广泛，它在医药工业、造纸、鞭革及制革印染工业和植物纤维漂白、食品等中都具有很重要的作用。              

无水亚硫酸钠被用于胶片显影，漂白剂，印染工业作为脱氧剂，香料和染料还原剂，鞣革工业阻氧剂和造纸工业木质素脱除剂，医药工业用于生产安乃近，安基比林，对氨基水杨酸钠等产品作还原剂。

食品工业生产脱水蔬菜用作还原剂，以防止蔬菜中绿色素变质和发黄，还原剂，测定锑、镁、铜、锌、和磷，呈色剂。
