中国国际烹饪艺术比赛是世界厨师联合会 (WACS)在中国的唯一认证的洲际性烹饪比赛。 该项赛事已经在 FHC 上海环球食品展上成功举办 了 21 届,其目的是培养年轻厨师、加强中国西餐 的发展。这也意味着该项赛事已然成为含金量较高 的烹饪比赛赛事。
The China International Culinary Arts Competition is the only certified intercontinental culinary competition in China by the World Chef’ s Federation (WACS). This event has been successfully held at the FHC for 21 sessions, and its purpose is to train young chefs and strengthen the development of Western food in China, which means it has become the most significant competition event.
