连续压片机 方便面生产设备

本机采用独立驱动装置，plc控制压辊转速，面带的松紧度通过自动调节压辗转速达到设定的要求，未度压辊的转数可在电控柜直接看到，使调整维护等更方便。经本机压延出来的面片压延比曲线平滑递减，面筋组织网络形成均匀，使面条口感有咬劲。

本机的主要作用是经复合压片机压成面片输入本机，经7组不同压辊间隙及不同压延比的连续挤压后，再通过出丝装置分条使面条成波纹型后送到下工序。
