方管的制作工艺 manufacturing process of square tube

碳纤维方管的生产工艺不同于圆管，要更为复杂。模压工艺Zui为常用。该工艺是对方管进行四面均衡加压，方管固化成型过程中受压力度大，因而能保持致密的内部结构和优异的力学性能。

the manufacturing process of carbon fiber square tube, which is different from the round tube, is more complex. moulding process is most commonly used. this process is to make a balanced pressure surround the square tube which has to be under a great pressure during the curing process, thus able to maintain a dense internal structure and excellent mechanical properties.

除了机器人悬臂梁之外，碳纤维方管亦可用作小型飞机或大型航模的龙骨或其它承压结构部件，以及医药设备上的承力翻板，等等。在保证强度的同时，也能显著降低管体重量。

工艺难点（difficulties of the process）:

a.成型过程中方管各部位受压可能不同，容易导致壁厚不均或出现蜂孔

b.尤其对于高模量碳丝来说，90°直角的存在使纤维铺设难度加大

especially for high modulus carbon filament, the existence of 90 ° angles makes the fiber lay-up design more difficult.

c.模具结构复杂，脱模过程中容易对方管造成损伤，从而影响其外观或性能

the mould’s structure is complex, so it is easy to damage the square tube during the stripping process, which affects its appearance or performance.
