用于玻璃窑炉的通道、工作池燃气加温。

该装置由助燃风机送出一定压力的空气经过调节阀送到混合器，助燃空气在混合器中形成高速气流，同时产生真空，将零压煤气（天燃气、石油液化气）被混合器的真空室吸入，高速的助燃空气和负压煤气在混合器中充分混合，并将混合气压力提高到装置所需的压力，具有一定的空气和煤气的混合气经过管路送到分配管的各个烧嘴进行燃烧。当煤气在零压阀保持零压的条件下，煤气吸入量将随着空气量的改变按比例变化，从而达到充分燃烧。

内混多嘴操作规程
1.开助燃风机，压力6kpa~10kpa,流量500m3/h~1000m3/h.
2.开液化气总阀，将压力调至4-5kpa.
3.旋开气动阀前后闸阀，并将风傍通旋开2格。
4.打开液化气管路上电磁阀前后铜球阀，关闭液化气傍通球阀。
5.将调节液化气量大小的粗细调杆微开半圈。
6.退火炉用明火放在要点火区的烧嘴下，料道在800℃分区按屏面上接触器按钮，此时指示灯亮，并且电磁阀应打开，此时退火炉应着火，并调节粗细调杆，让风和液化气配比达到、假如电磁阀打开退火炉不着火，应立即关半电磁阀按钮，查找原因后再重新点火，否则，液化气着而过量送进退火炉，等着火时会发生爆炸。
7.仪表设定数据已上锁，如需增减设定温度，可按仪表表面^和v键设定。
8.内混多喷嘴，由于是以风带煤气成比例燃烧，应撑握点火时，先开风，后开煤气，熄火时，先关煤气，后关风。
