本生产线适用于家用缝电机转子的自动加工。生产线由换向器精车机、自动压风叶机、自动转子去重动平衡机、转子性能综合测试机等组成，并由皮带输送线将上述机器连接，组成全工艺流程的转子生产线，实现转子精车、压装风叶、校平衡、检测等的自动化作业。从操作位置放入工件，各设备按设定的程序进行加工，完成后工件回到操作位置取出。各台设备具有单独的操作、显示、声光报警等功能。

the production line is mainly applied to automatic production for the rotor ofhome sewing motor. comprising the automaticfinish turning machine,automaticrotor blades press machine,automatic rotor re-balancing machine, automatic rotor detector,etc.,by the belt conveyor line to connect the machine to form the whole process of the rotor production line,to achievetheautomated processing including finish turning、insertthe winnower、re-balancing and test.put the work piece in operating position, the machines work according to the program, when the work is finished, the work piece back to the operating position and be removed. each machine has function of separate operation, display, sound and light alarm.
