本机主要用于电动工具、家用电器、汽车摩托车等电机换向器与电枢绕组导线的焊接工作。整个焊接过程由目前选进的日本米亚基焊接控制系统控制，同时还选用进口plc系统，可任意编写程式，编程格式符合iso国际代码标准。本机采用电机驱动，日本原装smc气动元件来完成输送过程，反应敏捷，效率高。重要部位配有电子感应自动报警系统，确保设备与人员的安全。本机带有电极水冷却循环系统，可及时对点焊头进行冷却。本机是目前世界上Zui理想的焊接设备之一，性能已达到国际领先水平。
