二. characteristics

3. lysis time

4. dissolved concentrations

stir

peo in the case of rapid mixing will degrade, so dispersed particles, the high-speed mixing should be avoided. recommended multi-mixing, such as mixing 2 to 4 layers (as shown). in the case of low speed, multi-layer mixing can achieve better dispersion.

feeding

the quality of pre-dispersed peo to determine the circumstances of its dissolution, so the added method is essential. peo particles should be as much as possible so that uniformly dispersed in the liquid surface, feeding and tilting feed plate screen is very good way. do not use materials directly to the peo shovel to dump directly into the dissolving tank, this will cause a lot of lumps.

dilution
