1. boil water

prepare 200cc water for each person and some extra amount to warm the teapot.

2. warm the teapot when the water boils.

this is neccessary to develop flavor and taste.

3. put the right amount of tea leaves into the pot.

you need 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for each cup.

4.let the water cool down for a while and pourit at around 95oc

put a lid on immediately to keep the flavor.

5.the appropriate brewing time is about 3 minutes,which can be counted by this sandglass,

to suite your taste or kind of leaves,change the brewing time.

6.pour the tea with a little shake in alternate shifts to each cup to make the strength even.

now the tea is ready.
