厦门宏祥食品有限公司前身是1995年成立的厦门同安县黎安内林面制作厂，1998年公司发展良好，更名厦门宏祥食品有限公司，是厦门市重点民营企业,也是一家农业产业化市级龙头企业。公司座落于厦门市翔安区马巷镇内林工业区，目前厂区建筑面积2.5万平方米。拥有固定资产3200多万元，现有员工500多人，其中食品工程技术和管理人员23人。

公司拥有先进的自动化生产设备和完备的检测设施，标准的qs检验室和专业的检验员，具有独立完成从原料至成品的检测能力。主要生产“宏祥”牌挂面、手工面、蛋面、非油炸方便面、米粉等；目前产品已遍及全国各大中城市，远销东南亚和欧美等二十多个国家和地区。
