nice foundry sand(nfs) is a kind of artificial foundry sand that is ball-shaped, high heat-resistant,low heat dilating rate. it is mainly made of al2o3 under the condition of melt out and spraying. nfs is widely used by many big fomous company have put nfs into use domestically and oversea.

产品特性characteristics of the product：

1. 球状粒形：粒形接近真园，表面光滑，无凹凸脉纹。其流动性及填充性好，能得到良好的成型性和铸模强度。溃散性好，易于清砂作业。粘结剂使用量较其他粒形铸模砂少。

ball –shaped: the shape is mostly close to ball with smooth surface. and it has very good liquidity and easy to fill that can make the surface perfect when founded. further more, nfs can flow very easily and easy to clean. the less felting liquid can be used than other sand when using nfs .

2. 热膨胀率低：热膨胀率之低与铬矿砂等特殊砂相同，所以，生产铸件的尺寸精度高，破裂及表面缺陷少，铸件成品率高。

low heat dilating rate: it is just this characteristic that make the foundry more precisely, less cracking and high output.

3. 耐破碎性好：铸宝砂的致密性好，强度高，即使重复再生使用也很少破碎，减少铸造生产过程中的粉尘对生产环境的污染，再生性好，减少产业废物排放，利于环境保护。

4. 耐火性好：主要成分是氧化铝，所以耐火性能很好。耐火度≥1820℃能适用于铸造各种金属及合金。

good fire-resistance: mojor elements is al2o3 that has very good fire-resistance. the temperature of fire resistance is beyong 1820℃ that can make it possible to found most of the metal fares.

5. 堆积密度较小：堆积密度小，与铬矿砂、锆英砂相比（密度）铸宝砂密度Zui低，制作相同模型（芯）时用砂重量比铬矿砂、锆英砂大大降低，相应降低生产成本。

low density: nfs has less density in comparison with chromite sand and zirconium sand that it will take much less sand volume apparently when nfs used and cost down a lot

6. 中性材料：ph值7.6 化学性能稳定，耐酸碱侵蚀，酸耗值低。

neutral material: ph volume is 7.6 and has stable chemical characteristic that means acid resistant and alkali resistant.
