th-80半自动热缩管加热器

th-80半自动热缩管加热器是一款台式轻便热缩管加热设备，包含两大部件：红外发热器和加热控制箱。

加热温度和加热时间在加热控制箱面板上设定。操作员将线束放入线束支架（支架未出现在产品图片中）。加热完成后加热控制箱面板上声光提示操作员移去线束。

th-80可以自动防止由于操作员某些误操作产生的加热计时错误或机器过热。th80还可选配自动加工件计数功能。

th-80是目前国内唯一被各大汽车配套厂商认可的、替代进口设备的产品。如冈自控有限公司也是该类产品的行业标准制定者。

th-80 desktop semi-auto tube shrink heater is a portable heater for shrinkable tube heating. it consists of two parts: heating unit and control cabinet.

the heating temperature and time can be set and controlled on control cabinet. the operator simply puts a wire with shrinkable tube in the middle of the heater unit, then presses foot switch. once the heating time is up the control cabinet will beep and flash to indicate heating completion.

th-80 is erratic operation proof and has safety circuit to prevent from dangerous overheating. it can optionally be equipped with counter too.

th-80 has been widely used in delphi and jac factories in china since 2006.
