陶瓷规整填料，陶瓷波纹填料在国外也被称凯派史(kelapak)填料具有相同几何形状的填料单元体组成。陶瓷规整填料，陶瓷波纹填料由相互平行叠加的波纹片组成的圆柱状单层波纹板填料。因规整填料，波纹填料的分离效率为散装填料的几倍到十几倍，因而波纹填料又称为高效填料。它与板式塔 散堆填料相比具有效率高、降压低、处理量大、持液量小、放大效应不明显、操作弹性大等一系列优点。

陶瓷规整填料，陶瓷波纹填料主要适应范围：

1.对压降和理论板没有严格要求的腐蚀性混合物的精馏、吸收（解吸）等。

2.绝压从100pa（imbar）起的真空操作。

3.用于特殊钢，玻璃和搪瓷塔内，不锈钢，玻璃与石墨 常用作制造分布器，收集器和支撑栅格等塔内件。

4.卤化有机化合物的精馏。

5.用作换热器，除雾器或催化剂载体。
