u  DCZ-20/25系列拥有全新设计的主体结构，具有高刚性、高稳定性的特点，同时拥有着更大的行程，其中X2轴有效行程高达560mm，配合刀具的零干涉设计，真正意义上实现了主/背轴的独立加工。

 The mechanical structure of the DCZ-20/25 series, high rigidity, high stability, and longer travel. X2 axis travel is reached to 560 mm. The perfect design truly realize the independent processing between the main spindle and the sub spindle.

u  超薄型的旋转导套设计，总长度缩减至106mm，有效缩短尾料，降低材料成本。

Ultra-thin rotatory guide bush,with the length of 106 mm,which effectively shortened the tailings and reduced the cost of materials.

u  导套式/无导套式的可切换使用，更大范围满足不同加工件的需求。

With or without guide bush are optional to meet different situation.

u  全新的横梁防护方案---联动护罩，更低的噪音、更好的防护效果。

linkage shield, a new design for beam protection, realized lower noise and better protection.

u  创新多级导套，采用与主轴直连式的传动，具有更可靠的稳定性，更高的效率。

Innovative multi-stage guide bush, directly connected to the spindle, provides perfect stability and high efficiency.

u  丝杆导轨采用日本进口THK品牌，特配滚柱型导轨，拥有超高的刚性，更可靠的稳定性。

THK lead screw and guide rail ,specific roller guide, provides super-high rigidity and more reliable stability.
