此粘合剂自动喷涂机是由机架、旋转平台、喷涂系统、干燥系统、控制系统和污气过滤系统等组成，是我公司经过自主创新而开发设计的。主要用于汽车零部件、金属橡胶件、减震器金属件胶粘合剂的喷涂，也可用于机械行业的零件表面油漆的喷涂。本喷涂设备具有自动化程度高，环保，高生产率等诸多优点。主要技术指标已达到甚至超过国际同类产品。

工艺流程：

Process flow: 

骨架→装料→预热→第一次喷涂底胶→第一次干燥→第二次喷涂面胶→第二次干燥→卸料。（装料和卸料采用手工操作）
