Characteristic:

3. Cooling speed is fast, casting system and cooling system should slow heat dissipation, and attention should be paid to controlling the forming temperature. The direction of material temperature is obvious at low temperature and high pressure, especially at low temperature and high pressure. When the temperature of the mould is below 50 degrees, the plastic parts are not smooth, easy to produce poor welding, leaving marks, and easy to warp over 90 degrees.
