TPV 271-87埃克森美孚检验阻燃等级的方法：

用火点燃阻燃TPV材料，阻燃等级分为四个登记，分别是HB，V2，V1,V0。其中HBZui低，V0Zui高

HB：UL94标准中Zui底的阻燃等级。要求对于3到13 毫米厚的样品，燃烧速度小于40毫米每分钟;小于3毫米厚的样品，燃烧速度小于70毫米每分钟;或者在100毫米的标志前熄灭。

V-2：对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后，余焰&余燃在60秒内熄灭。滴落的微粒可点燃棉花。

V-1：对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后，余焰&余燃在60秒内熄灭。滴落的微粒不可点燃棉花。

V-0：对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后，余焰&余燃在30秒内熄灭。滴落的微粒不可点燃棉花

The biggest application area of TPV is the automotive parts manufacturing industry. There are many kinds of automotive parts and the total amount is large. TPV can meet the requirements of different products by various processing methods such as extrusion, co-extrusion, injection molding and so on. At present, EPDM/PP TPV and NBR/PP TPV are widely used. With the development of automobile towards high performance, high speed, safety, comfort, energy saving, environmental protection, long life and lightweight, the voice of replacing traditional thermosetting vulcanizate with TPV in automobile parts, especially in automobile sealing system and engine system, is increasing. The application of TPV in automotive sealing system includes windshield sealing strip, side mirror sealing, sunshade sealing material, etc. The application of TPV in automotive engine system includes air ventilation pipe, hose, protective cover, shockproof seat cushion, axle sleeve, etc. In other automotive parts, there are brake parts (leather bowls, leather rings) and silencers. At present, EPDM/PP TPV is replacing the traditional thermosetting rubber with an annual growth rate of 16%.
