杯缘处带有明显的紫罗兰色，酒体呈浓烈的深红色。独特的辛辣味，红水果及少许野果的香味。一款平衡感极好，酒体丰满，口感韵美的酒。

dark intense red, with distinct violet notes towards the edges. complex spice, red fruits and slighty wild aromas. a well structured wine, being full bodied and very flavoursome.

生长环境viticulture

果实源自于产区穆乐山庄；佳利酿采摘自穆乐山庄50年以上的干养殖头修剪葡萄藤。这款强劲浓烈的酒以慕合怀特，莎瑞斯相配，形成极好的平衡感。产地的土壤为自流排水的沙粘土质。因为葡萄产量少，所以香味浓郁，每一刻都非常珍贵。每颗葡萄都是通过手摘，并被小心地放在小篮子里。通过精心培育产出小巧味美的浆果用以制酒。

the fruit is all sourced from the maule valley, carignan is sourced from old (more than 50 years old) dry farmed bush vines in the maule valley. this potent dense wine is balanced with the livelier fruitier mouvedre and syrah. the sites are free draining sandy clay loams. the vines where carefully managed, to obtain small concentrated berries.

酿造方式winemaking

折下的束枝在没有被压碾的条件下，冷浸48小时后接触酵母。发酵过程为期7天，在一个小型不锈钢桶中完成。在此期间，因为葡萄皮会浮上来，所以需要工作人员每天分3次用手把它压下去，来保证葡萄皮中的营养成分、丹宁酸和颜色被充分发酵、吸收。完成酒精发酵后，还要进行14天的浸皮过程。葡萄酒直接进入橡木桶中开始Zui后的自然苹果酸-乳酸发酵工序。这几乎和全世界的产酒地区勃艮第的做法——橡木桶发酵法相同。

the bunches where destemmed, not crushed, and cold soaked for 48 hours before being inoculated with yeast. fermentation was in small stainless steel tubs for 7 days. during fermentation the cap was hand plunged three times a day. after alcoholic fermentation, there was post-fermentation maceration on skins for 14 days, before pressing. the wine went directly to barrel, and underwent a natural malolactic fermentation in barrel.
