Z型桥梁伸缩缝结构特点与功能

Z型伸缩缝由一条整长的橡胶密封条，一组钢质边梁及锚固件组成。钢质边梁外侧的锚固件，与梁端预埋钢筋相焊接，浇筑高强度混凝土过渡段后，同梁体连结。Z型伸缩缝具有连结可靠，与桥面接合平顺，密封止水、伸缩灵活，行车平稳，使用长的特点。适用于伸缩量为40mm，60mm和80mm的桥梁。

钢质边梁：采用16Mn钢轧制，剖面呈c形。

密封胶条：采用氯丁或三元乙丙橡胶制造，具有良好的耐老化、耐曲挠性能。

关于Z型桥梁伸缩缝产品在桥梁上安装时的步骤及注意事项：

1、当工程施工单位在安装桥梁伸缩缝时，一旦发生碰撞变形，很难修复为合格产品，所以在安装的全过程中，一定要采取措施保护，严禁任何车辆通过。

2、一定要精心操作。如果出现现场不易调整，所以对伸缩缝的成品检查一定要认真、仔细。不合格不可运至现场。

3、在桥梁伸缩缝在安装前，要与设计图和现场核对位置、尺寸无误后，再稳放入预留槽。要将桥上各接缝处缝隙一定要用聚苯乙烯泡沫板塞严，防止浇注保护带混凝土时灌入，使缝失效。同时，也不可将装置内灌进混凝土，以免更换V形象胶带时受阻。
