门板压花机采用了先进的YH32-100C插装阀集成系统,机构紧凑外形小、重量轻、安装维修方便、传动效率高、密封性能好。此阀在回路中将液压缸差动连接,即单出杆活塞缸左右两腔相通,这样就构成了差动连接回路,液压泵供油直接进入液压缸无杆腔,这时二位三通电磁阀的电磁铁通电,液压缸实现差动连接,液压泵输出的压力油同时进液压缸的左右两腔,但由于无杆腔的有效面积大于有杆腔的有效面积,大腔产生的推力大于小腔产生的推力,所以活塞向下运动,由于液压缸有杆腔排出的油液又进入液压缸的无杆腔,因此加快了活塞向下运动的速度,使执行元件实现快速运动,该阀泄漏少,通流阻力小,换向快,冲击甚小等优点。
