pu夹芯板连续生产线是将聚氨酯原液经高压发泡系统按一定配比混合后，均匀浇注在经下压型机辊压成型后的底层彩钢板上，并和经上压型机辊压成型后的上层彩钢板一道送入双覆带主机，在双覆带主机上下链板间发泡固化成形，固化成形后的复合板在生产线上被自动跟踪带锯机切成预定的长度。

设备组成：开卷机，压型机，钢板加热机，pu发泡机（发泡，浇注），双履带主机，双履带加热机，侧边挡料机构，跟踪切断机，移动空冷机构，码垛机构和电气控制部分。
