机器人有助餐饮行业标准化建设

　　从能刀削面的“奥特曼”，到能送菜传菜的“萌妹子”，越来越多的机器人开始进入餐饮行业，并吸引了众多消费者的关注。早在2010年就有关于餐厅采用机器人烹饪的报道出现,此后的一年中，长沙、宁波、上海、济南等全国多地都出现了有餐厅使用机器人的新闻，出现的形态基本以送菜机器人为主。

　　以宁波某餐厅所用机器人为例，机器人单台造价6万元,寿命约5年, 一次充电可以工作8个小时。中国经济网记者计算后发现,每台机器人的月使用成本费用仅1000多元,这对于在“北上广”等用工成本较大地区的餐饮企业来讲,很有诱惑力。
