维美系列光泽缸主要用于涂布白版纸及无碳复写纸行业，配合压辊对纸张起到压光作用。

weimei serial gloss cylinder is mainly used in the coated white version paper, carbonless paper industry, playing an important in calendaring for paper sheets matched with roller.

该系列光泽缸均为焊接结构，采用球冠式封头，卷制缸体，整体消除应力处理，确保使用中不发生变形；同时根据使用工况恶劣性质，轴头可采用热套结构，比焊接结构大大提高使用寿命；并配备特种设备压力容器合格证。

this serial gloss cylinder is welded structure, adopted ball-type head crown, rolling cylinder and the overall elimination stress treatment to ensure that no deformation in use. the shaft head can use heat sleeve structure according to the using condition, greatly improve the service life comparing to welded structure, and equipped with special equipment pressure vessels certification.

该系列光泽缸的蒸汽压力可达0.8mpa,动平衡g4级以上。缸体表面镀硬铬0.1mm以上，硬度可达hrc65，表面粗糙度可达镜面，且缸面跳动0.05mm以内。

the gloss cylinder’s steam pressure can reach 0.8mpa, above 4 levels of dynamic balance. the plated hard chrome of cylinder surface is above 0.1mm, and hardness of hrc65. the surface roughness can reach mirror-surface and beat in the range of 0.05mm.
