一、伸缩撑适用范围

 

适用于平开窗、上悬窗（与铰链配合使用），用于限制窗扇开启角度。

二、伸缩撑(限位撑挡)技术要求

 

锁定式撑挡：将开启的窗扇固定后，当窗扇受到一定的外力作用时，使窗、扇在启、闭方向不会发生角度变化的装置。

摩擦式撑挡：在开启或关闭时起摩擦阻力的作用，同时在开启时限制开启到一定角度的装置。

 

2 性能:直线度：滑轨、摆杆的直线度不大于1mm/m，锁紧力和摩擦力：

a、锁定式撑挡的锁定力不应大于200n，锁紧力失效值不小于200n；

b、摩擦式撑挡的摩擦力不应大于40n，摩擦力失效值不小于40n。

c、锁定式撑挡手柄的开启力矩为1n·m；

b、摩擦式撑挡滑块滑动摩擦力差值不应大于10n。

三、伸缩撑安装要求

 

安装时要分清左右件，将槽杆固定在窗框上，采用st4.8×16自攻螺钉固定，要与铰链留有间隙，保证安装后调整窗户的开启角度
