热交换一体化机房专用空调是专为数据中心及通信基站节能而设计的节能产品，机组集合了制冷和热交换功能为一体。机组可根据工作环境自动选择的模式运行，并具备极高的可靠性和良好的性能。机组结构上分为分体型和整体型两种，应用于绿色数据中心、通信基站和各类机房。

the integrated unit combined heat exchanger and air conditioning is designed for data centers and telecommunications base stations to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioners, which realizes air conditioning and heat exchange within this unit. it switches running modes automatically according to outdoor and indoor air temperatures and humidities with higher reliability and stable performance. this unit can be integrated in one or split into two parts for data centers, telecommunications base stations, and machine rooms.

 

工作原理 work principle

空调制冷模式：当室外温度较高或室内负荷较大，热交换无法满足室内降温需求时，机组自动切换至空调制冷模式运行。机组通过压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀、蒸发器形成完全闭合的制冷系统。

热交换模式：当室内、外温度满足使用需求时，机组关闭空调制冷循环，自动切换进入热管换热模式运行，此时机组的综合能效比达8.0以上。

air conditioning mode: when outdoor air temperature is high or indoor cooling load is large, natural cold source cannot satisfy cooling demand. under these conditions, the unit runs under the air conditioning mode.

heat exchange mode: when outdoor air temperature and humidity meet the cooling demand, this unit switches to heat exchange mode automatically. under this condition, the mean energy efficiency ratio (eer) is higher than 8.0.

4、采用加大的蒸发器，φ9.52mm铜管串亲水膜铝箔片，进一步提高机组eer值；

5 it is easy to control for the use of industrial controller and can be controlled remotely.
