【适用范围】(application scope)

建筑室内厕浴间、厨房、阳台、楼地面及地暖等部位的防水工程。

也可用于非外露屋面多道防水设防中的一道。

waterproof engineering of wash room, kitchen, balcony and floor, also can be used as one of the multiple waterproof layers on non-exposed roof.

 

【参考用量】防水层涂膜厚度为1.0mm时，用量约为1.8 kg/㎡-2.2kg/㎡。（实际用量视基层情况和涂刷厚度而定）

(recommended dosage) when waterproof layer thickness is 1.0mm, the dosage is about 1.8 kg/㎡-2.2kg/㎡.( the actual amount has something with the substrate evenness and membrane thickness.)

 

【施工要点】(construction essentials)

1. 施工温度5℃～35℃，阴雨天气不得施工。

construction temperature at 5℃～35℃, do not construction in rainy days.  

2.基层应坚实、平整、无浮灰、无油污、润湿但不能有明水。阴阳角做圆弧处理。

there should be no dust, no oil stains on the base surface, the surface should be solid and level, wet surface without water appearance. arc processing is used at concave and convex corners.

3.使用比例参看产品合格证，先将液料和少量水加入搅拌桶，在机械搅拌的过程中徐徐加入粉料，搅拌均匀，配制好的涂料应在3小时内完成，使用过程中禁止再次加水。

refer to product certificate for mixing ratio , first we place the liquid material and water into a bucket to mix, we add powder material into the bucket while being stirred mechanically and evenly, the mixed coating material should be finished within 3 hours, water is not allowed to be added in during using process.

4. 阴阳角、管根、排水口等细部节点做附加层，分2～4遍涂刷，并应夹铺胎体增强材料，使防水涂料充分浸透胎体层，不得有折皱、翘边现象。

additional layer must be made at the concave and convex corners, at pipe end and at water outlet, we should brush these places for 2-4 times, and we should add sandwich-layer to carcass reinforcing material to make fully soak of water-proof coating material into carcass layer, no wrinkle or lifting edge is allowed.

5. 大面防水层宜先涂刷立面，后涂刷平面，分2～3遍涂刷，待前一遍涂料实干后才可进行下一遍涂刷，涂刷方向与之前方向垂直。

for the large area waterproof layer, we should first brush the vertical surface then horizontal surface, to brush for 2-3 times each, wait till the first brushed layer dries up , then carry out the second brushing , the brush direction should be vertical to the previous one.

6. 防水层涂膜厚度水平面厚度不应小于1.5mm厚，垂直面厚度不应小于1.2mm。

the horizontal coating film thickness of waterproof layer should not be less than 1.5mm, and the vertical one should not be less than 1.2 mm.

7. 潮湿环境条件下，产品干燥速度会变慢，应适当延长干燥时间，防水层完全干燥后进行闭水试验，验收合格后，按设计要求进行保护隔离层施工。

the drying time in humid surrounding should be extended, and the closed-water test should be carried out after the waterproof layer fully dried up, after passing the acceptance inspection, we carry out the isolation layer construction according to design re

 

【运输与贮存】(transportation and storage)

1. 本产品为非易燃易爆材料，可按一般货物运输。运输时应防止日晒雨淋、受冻，避免挤压碰撞，保持包装完好无损。

this product does not belong to inflammable and explosive material; it can be transported as the normal cargo. we should prevent sunlight, rain and being frozen, and also avoid collision and pressing, no damage to packaging.

2. 5℃～35℃的阴凉干燥处贮存，避免曝晒和受冻、挤压碰撞。

stored in cool and dry places under temperature of 5℃～35℃, avoid sunlight and cold, pressing and collision.

3. 在正常运输、贮存条件下，保质期12个月。

the guarantee period is 12 months under normal transport and storage conditions.
