sinov-s500是一款8通道gsm语音网关设备，外观采用塑料外壳,小巧大方,与软交换系统一起使用，在固定电话网络与gsm移动网络之间互通，实现gsm移动网络上车下车，无线延伸分机等功能，特别适用于同一网络之间互打免费或包月的卡号（如集团号、定向包月卡等），话费成本极其低廉。
gsm语音网关的应用极其广泛，sip短信批量发送或接受，与crm系统集成，隐藏移动号码，发卡无线接入、无线调度、无线回拨等。
设备搭载8个gsm模块，1个10/100m自适应wan广域网接口和1个lan局域网接口，支持行业标准的sip电话呼叫控制协议和dhcp、pppoe、telnet等网络通讯协议，采用g.729a、g.723.1、g.711a/ulaw语音编解码规范，兼容所有普通的软交换系统和sip服务器，如：asterisk、vos等。
