为什么会老花:

老花是由于随着年龄的增长，眼睛中的晶状体弹性逐渐降低，睫状体的肌能逐渐衰弱，看近处物体时，晶状体不能变凸，而使近处的物体影像落在视网膜后边。一般45岁以上的人，如果过去看近看远时视力都正常，而现在看远处物体时清楚，看近处物体反而不清楚了，看书时，要把书拿远点或是光线充足一些时才能看清楚，这种情况就是老花。为什么有的人老花发生的早，有的人发生的较晚呢？这是因为有的人原来是近视眼，眼球较长，看远处物体时影像落在视网膜前，这时就看不清了，看近处物体时，要把物体拿得近些才看清，这样的人老花得会晚些，而有的人原来就有远视，眼球较短，远处物体的影像落在视网膜后，需要把物体拿远些才能看清楚，这样的人老花得会早些。有的人为了避免加深老花眼的度数，迟迟不配老花镜，其实这样会使视力疲劳，造成头痛、头晕，久了对身体健康不利。不论你戴或不戴，度数总是随着年龄的增长而加深的，这是客观规律。因此发生老花时还是要配戴合适度数的老花镜，以方便生活和工作，也不致使度数加深过快!
