益心年糕饺是我厂技术人员以优质粳米为原料，博取民间传统水磨工艺制作之精华，采撷民间传统纯手工制作工艺，突破手工作坊产品单一老化的形式精心研制出的新品种。

新昌县金阳食品厂创建于2001年5月，现厂址座落在新昌名胜古迹大佛寺与穿岩十九峰之间澄潭社古。有着山川秀丽的奇山、怪石、秀竹、茂林加上溪水潺潺，宛若天然的盆景。
本企业占地面积二千多平方米，厂房一千多平方米。现有固定资产320万元，总资产580万元，员工68人。拥有的工程技术人员和管理人员，其中技术人员5人。设两个主车间，数个分车间。并在新昌县城区设有金阳食品批发部。年产值1500多万元，利润150多万元。主要从事开发加工我县农特产品，品种有：芋饺、年糕饺、水饺、春卷、贡丸、冰棍等。
2005年投资200万元，对厂房进行改造，购买了检测设备，遂道速冻机、产品成型机等。率先通过速冻米面和冷冻饮品qs质量安全认证。2005年“益心”芋饺被评为浙江省农业博览会优质奖，2007年＂益心＂芋饺被评为浙江省农业博览会金奖。
为了提高新昌名特产品——“益心”芋饺的品牌知名度。确保产品从原料到产品的优质。建立了蕃薯、芋艿、蔬菜等基地500亩，带动周边农户350多户，既为企业提供了优质安全的原料渠道，也为基地农户及周边农户增加收入。为了拓宽市场，提高企业知名度，于2007年6月注册了“益心”商标。为企业今后的发展奠定了基础。
为了使企业变成国际知名的跨国公司，使中国在世界市场舞台上有真正优良的企业形象。企业在2009年在新昌县梅诸镇马家庄投资500万元土地和2000万元建设厂房配置设备，现在正在筹建中。
