del bondio系列葡萄酒是美国白宫的指定专用酒。del bondio酒庄是受美国白宫食检部门直接管理、唯一实现全程有机绿色栽培的葡萄酒庄。所有的葡萄种植，管理，收获储存，酿制装瓶，出货数量，品质监制等过程都由白宫专员专管，进行全程监控，是在Zui高规格的管理下，特制出的限量版优质葡萄酒。

del bondio酒庄是一个家族酒庄，在纳帕谷的经营已有100多年，因为品质、口味、口碑杰出，评价极高，所以很早就被美国官方作为指定白宫用酒，现在已经跻身于世界Zui别的葡萄酒庄园行列。

del bondio葡萄酒选用完全成熟后的葡萄压榨，先是进入一次发酵，发酵时间是10天，10天过后再装入橡木桶，让其长期沉睡。del bondio酒庄所采用的橡木桶是由60%的法国橡木和40%的美国橡木专利制作工艺制成。在美法结合的橡木桶内经过18个月的熟成后，具有独特口味的del bondio葡萄酒历经2年的沉睡后面世。除了大部分白宫以外，只有限量部分能供给少数代理商那里。

酒的颜色为宝石深紫色，矿物味烟熏味及黑加仑子的香味，果味充足而甜美，酒体中等，但十分平衡优雅，回味悠长。

入口后弥漫出高纯古朴黑加仑子的浓香，飘逸出香芋、薄荷、桂皮幽雅的清爽感，融合了穆哈豆式的醇酸，使品尝后的口感酸涩中带点甜，浓郁后弥留着清爽，余味浓浓，回味无穷。

“a century in the making” is how brothers jim del bondio and rich poncia describe their wine making program. the del bondio family’s napa valley vineyards are located on the rich lands they have owned since the late 1800s. a twenty acre oakville vineyard with estate syrah and chardonnay has been farmed for more than one hundred years and a thirty-one acre cabernet sauvignon vineyard in rutherford for half that time. the love and care for the land is of utmost importance to the family and with the completion of the winery in rutherford, the family has realized their dream of producing organically grown estate wines from the amazing fruit they’ve been farming for more than acentury.

del bondio winery’s location in the middle of the rutherford appellation is one of the most desirable in napa valley. the famous “rutherford bench” was a name given to distinguish the long, snaky alluvial band stretching along the west side of the middle of napa valley. this area is where many of the premier cabernet sauvignon vineyards are grown. rutherford wines are associated with “rutherford dust” a of earthy, dusty, oaky flavor, which is very pleasing to connoisseurs of fine cabernet wine. del bondio takes advantage of its excellent location by planting their acres in rutherford with cabernet sauvignon and those in oakville with chardonnay and syrahgrapes.
