     h150采用“箱体式”凸轮传动设计，精简流畅的机构运作，使机器在高速运行下，仍能保持定位精准与测试稳定之特性。配合本公司的t800型光电测试仪器更能达到测试结果和性能。t800采用高速稳定的控制器作为控制系统，采用台湾weintek彩色5.7〞触摸屏作为人机交互接口，实时监控机器分料状态，红、黄、绿三色指示灯显示机台动作状态。h150可与测试仪器联机，并根据测试仪器读取之信号自动将led迅速准确的分送到各级分料料道。并可依使用者之需求更换治具测试不同规格之材料及设定计数条件。

the double-cam design and the streamlined and smooth operation together enable h150 to ensure the precise location and the stable testing even when it runs at a high-speed. better testing results and performance will be achieved when it is used collaboratively with t800 photoelectric testing equipment produced by our company. taking advantage of rapid and stable controller as its controlling system and taiwan weintek color touch screen of 5.7’’ as a man-machine interface, t800 is capable of real-time monitoring the distribution of materials of the machine as the indicator lights of three colors (red, yellow, green) display the movement state of the machine. h150 can be connected with testing equipment and automatically send led rapidly and accurately to the materials’ distributing channels of different levels according to the signals picked up by the testing equipment. it can change fixtures so as to test materials of different specifications and it can also be designed the conditions for counting in accordance with the user’s demand. in addition, there are more properties in the following to meet customers’ demands:
