茶          粕（tea seed meal）

茶粕呈茶褐色粉状，是山茶科植物的果实榨油后剩下的渣滓。茶粕含有约10%的皂素，又称皂角甙，是一种溶血性毒素，可使细菌细胞溶血而达到消毒杀菌作用，对纤毛虫和丝藻附着症有一定的灭杀作用可以清洗虾塘，除去高尔夫、足球场上的地老虎、蚯蚓等是一种天然的除虫剂，不但不会破坏植被，而且有增肥效果。

茶粕Zui常见应用于池塘养虾、蟹中的清塘，茶粕作为清塘药物，比其他药物具有更独特的功效。一是茶粕作为一种绿色药物，无毒性残存，对人体无影响，使用安全。二是不杀死水草，对水草有促长效果。三是对虾蟹幼体无副作用，并可促进虾蟹脱壳。四是具有增加肥效的作用，在繁育虾苗和培育幼蟹的池塘使用，可明显提高虾苗和幼蟹的出塘率。

使用方法及功效：水深1米时，每亩用茶粕40－50kg。将茶粕放入容器中加水浸泡一昼夜。然后加水稀释连渣带汁全池均匀泼洒，能杀死野杂鱼、蛙卵、螺、蚌、蝌蚪、蚂蝗和水生昆虫，但对细菌没有杀死作用，毒性消失时间7－10天，皂角甙易溶解在碱性水中，在浸泡茶粕时若加1.5kg食盐和1.5kg生石灰水能显著提高清塘效果。由于茶粕的蛋白质含量较高，所以又有施肥的作用。用茶粕清塘操作方便，对人畜无害，许多养鱼者都喜欢采用这一方法。
　　茶粕质量标准：残油≤1.5%,含水量≤10%以下,皂素含量10-15%,粗蛋白12-13%，粗纤维12%，淀粉及糖类30-50%，杂质含量1%。
