sus329j2l双相不锈钢的特性及用途
sus329j2l钢是奥氏体-铁素体(双相)不锈钢，是在英国ferralium alloy255的基础上研制的。此钢种发展于20世纪70年代，是第二代双相不锈钢的代表钢种之一。sus329j2l钢具有良好的力学性能和耐局部腐蚀性能，尤其是耐磨损性能优于一般的奥氏体不锈钢，是海水中的理想材料。适于制造舰船用的螺旋推进器、轴，潜艇密封件等，也适用于化工、石油化工、天然气、纸浆、造纸等领域，应用范围很广。

固溶温度为950~1120℃，水冷，硬度≤290hbw；时效温度为500~510℃。
sus329j2l双相不锈钢的冷热加工性
sus329j2l钢可以进行剪切、冲压、模压等，冷压开始时需比奥氏体不锈钢施加2~3倍的压力才能变形，若加热至200℃可将钢的屈服强度降低25%，有利于钢的成形，可减少回弹。
sus329j2l双相不锈钢的焊接性
焊接工艺与焊接奥氏体不锈钢相似，焊后不需热处理。

sus329j2l双相不锈钢的耐蚀性
在含氯环境中，sus329j2l钢的耐点蚀性能优于s31500型双相不锈钢，更优于sus316l钢，是海水环境中的理想材料。
