we were recently faced with two very different problems in the transformer market. we had two very low viscosity (200-300 cps) xl products in xl-2102 and xl-2105. however, these good penetrating, low viscosity products, in certain applications, did not give quite enough build on the corners and edges of the laminations. we needed to give the customer a little more build to prevent corrosion. we were able to accommodate the customer through a recommendation of adding xl-2103 (1600 cps). this brought the overall viscosity to around 700cps.。
