罗茨泵 Roots Pump

罗茨真空泵，是一种大抽速的机械真空泵，亦称机械增压泵。它在1000~1pa压强有很大的抽气速率，且启动快，能在短时间内达到极限压力。但不能单独使用，需要与前级泵串联使用，待被抽气体的压力被前级泵抽到罗茨真空泵的允许入口压力时，才能开始工作。当然，它所能得到的极限压力与前级泵的极限压力有关。而带旁通阀的zjp型罗茨真空泵的Zui大特点是具有过载自动保护。广泛用于真空镀膜、冶金工业的真空脱气、钢水真空处理、空间模拟、低密度风洞等装置中抽除非腐蚀性气体，也可用于食品、制药等工业中的蒸发、蒸馏、干燥等生产环节。
