一、适用范围及用途

 hwr-s高效减水剂产品为β萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物，易溶于水，物理化学性能稳定、效果好，是一种高性能减水剂。具有高分散性、低起泡性的特点，减水率高，强度、早强、增强优越,对水泥适应性强。掺入本品大大增强混凝土流动性，提高塌落度，改善和易性和施工性能。产品对钢筋无锈蚀。广泛用于各种混凝土工程，构件预制、轨枕、桥梁、隧道、国防军事工程、水利电力工程、港口码头、飞机跑道、高层建筑工程等。

 hwr-s高效减水剂掺入砼之后，可大大提高拌和物流动性，增加和易性，可减少拌合物用水量，降低水灰比而使拌和物仍有很好的和易性，因而大大提高了砼的强度，在保持砼拌和物有与不掺hwr-s时相近的和易性，与硬化砼有相似的强度下，可节约水泥15-20%。

  hwr-s高效减水剂适用于配制高强砼、超高强、早强砼、抗渗防入砼、泵送砼、自灌流态砼。自然养护及蒸汽养护预制构件，钢筋砼及应砼工程。

1、使用相同水泥用量，保持相近的和易性，掺入本品可提高抗压强度，3天提高50-90%，7天提高60-70%，28天可提高30-60%，用525#普通硅酸盐水泥掺入hwr-s高效减水剂可配制500-800#砼。

2、掺入0.5-1.0%（水泥用量）hwr-s坍落度可由3-5厘米提高到15-20厘米。

3、减水率高，在拌合物相近的坍落度下，掺入hwr-s其减水率可达15-20%。

4、节约水泥，后期强度和易性相同的情况下，可节约水泥20%左右，早期强度，在提高后期强度及和易性相同的情况下，可以节约水泥10-20%左右。

5、对普通的硅酸盐水泥，矿渣水泥和粉煤灰水泥有较好的适应性。

6、蒸汽养护适应性好，可缩短养护时间，降低养护温度节省能耗，提高产量和质量。

7、砼掺入hwr-s后，其冻融性有时显增强，提高砼的抗渗性和耐久性，砼的收缩性减少，对砼碳化无不利影响。

8、对钢筋无锈蚀作用。

二、主要检测指示：
   1、含固量：粉剂93%、液体40%。
   2、ph值:7-9.
   3、表面张力，1%溶液70%达因/厘米。
   4、硫酸钠含量:15-20%。
   5、水泥净浆流动度：240mm

三、包装、贮存、运输：

1、本产品粉剂采用内衬塑料袋的编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg或40kg两种。

2、本产品粉剂易溶于水，故在贮存、运输过程中应注意防淋、防潮、防止暴晒，密封保存。

3、在保存条件完好的情况下，保质期24个月；过期须进行相关试验确定能否继续使用。

4、本产品不易燃，但贮存运输应远离明火。

注意事项：

1、本产品无毒、无腐蚀性。但禁止使用，应置于儿童所能及范围以外，如不慎入眼、入口，请立即用清水冲洗。

2、与其它外加剂复配使用时，应进行相容性试验。
