 一、产品介绍

  本机适用于大批量布料样品，色卡的裁切制作加工。采用先进的减速增力机构设计，可选择单次裁切和连续裁切功能，上下切刀位置可调，单次工作时可自动停止在上切刀上位。具有漏电保护和短路保护功能，操作安全可靠。

说明

一、调试说明

1、在新装配或更换新垫板时，需要进行微量调试；

2、调试方法是少量松开刀杆上下部升降螺丝，每次按1/4圈进行调试，然后紧固再进行试裁切。（微调过度会损伤垫板）；

3、观察试裁切后的确刀痕，注意切口是否前后端相同。（中间部分会较细）布样完全可以被切断即可；

4、调试完毕后，将刀杆上下部升降螺丝的锁定螺帽都固定。

二、电动裁切

无需用手控操作，快捷省力，女性也能轻巧使用。可单次裁切行程开关控制也可连续裁切适合大批量生产。

三、裁切便当用途广泛

四、合金钢裁刀，特材垫板

本机械采用进口合金钢特制裁刀，寿命长，生锈，硬度高达hrc65度，刀口锋利，可轻易裁切各种纤维 、纤物。注意不能裁切金属、玻璃材料等硬质物品。垫板用特殊材料合成制造，经久耐用。

五、切口统一整齐大方

裁切面平整，切口均匀连贯避免了毛边、歪斜、锯齿不一的现象。

六、超长裁刀制作迅速

裁切宽度可达到500mm--1200mm，一次性裁切厚度达30--50层布料，省工迅速，得心应手。

七、可定红外线装置，用于截切布样时做参考线，使截切时更为理想。

注：垫板为损耗品，垫板经常更换裁切位置 ，可延长它们的使用寿命，不可裁切不可裁的物品。以免对机器产生破坏。使用过程中螺丝松动必须拧紧，经常润滑油以免螺丝磨损 。
