1、各种油性涂料，以酚醛、醇酸调和漆尤为常用，作为油漆成份里的主要白着色颜料，其用量很大，其次是功能底漆中的应用，如防腐底漆、防锈底漆、耐温底漆等，在这里，其为着色颜粉，也是很好的防腐防锈的材料，并在耐温底漆中保持原有的颜色，使涂料产品克服了因高温变色的弊病。

2、各种水性涂料，以内外墙乳胶漆为常用，这里要提的是立钛粉在外墙漆使用中的特点，传统的立德粉，或者是锐钛型钛白粉只能作为内墙涂料颜料的使用，在外墙漆选用的是价格昂贵的金红石型钛白粉，只有这样才能抗紫外线照射，耐候性强。而使用立钛粉，却能与金红石型钛白粉相媲美，其性能指标达到外墙漆的要求，大大地降低了外墙漆的生产成本。

 1、在生产水性涂料时可以替代立德粉；

2、生产油性涂料时，按原有配方上可替代20-40的锐钛性钛白粉或金红石型钛白粉；

3、若达不到原有的效果，可增减立钛粉的用量；

4、直接与基料、辅料、助剂、溶剂共混、碾磨即可。
