    蝶式双轴搅拌机适用于高粘度涂料、油墨、胶黏剂、腻子、原子灰、真石漆等化工产品的搅拌混合。其结构为：低速运转的蝶形搅拌器使物料在缸内翻动和混合，高速运转的齿形分散盘与混合的物料产生强烈的剪切，使聚集物迅速混合、分散、溶解。在其高低速的不同作用下，物料能够均匀混合分散。

常用型号（以料桶容积命名例如：sj500，zsj500等）

normal models(named by vessel’s capacity just as sj500, zsj500 etc..)

常用型号仅供客户参考，客户可根据自己产品特点选择合适的配置。the normal models is only for customer’s consulting choice. qinye will make the machines by the details that is the best for customer’s products. 

客户可选择的选项：

一、叶轮的形式。

二、是否需要抱夹来固定移动的料缸。

三、是否需要固定在机器上的盖子及盖子上的开口如加料口、视镜等。（同一机器使用固定尺寸拉缸可参考）。

四、是否需要机身具有电动转向功能（特别针对平台式）。
